Jagruti manufactures pressure cooker lids, gasket support rings, sealing rings and pressure-body components for India's cookware brands and export buyers — built to your drawing in SS 304 or SS 430, with in-house tooling and dimensional consistency across every production batch.
Each component built to your assembly's exact fit — lid diameter, locking geometry, gasket groove profile and handle-mount interface.
Pressure cooker components don't need to be induction-compatible, so the material choice is driven by corrosion resistance, forming behaviour and cost rather than magnetic properties. SS 304 is our default for lids and gasket-contact surfaces, where its superior corrosion resistance and food-contact performance matter most. SS 430 is used where a buyer's cost target or a specific structural requirement calls for it, and remains fully suitable for pressure-body shells and reinforcement rings. We confirm the recommended grade against your drawing and use case before tooling begins — see the full SS 430 vs SS 304 comparison for the underlying property data.
In-house tooling throughout — no third-party toolmaker in the loop.
