The Rajkot-Ahmedabad belt is India's largest hub for aluminium non-stick and pressure cooker manufacturing — the majority of India's cookware brands source aluminium bodies from this cluster before bonding an induction base plate to complete the product. A Gujarat-based supply point cuts freight time and cost for these assemblers compared to sourcing the plate from Mumbai or further afield.
Our Gujarat unit, Mammal Industries in Sarigam, operates as a sister concern of Jagruti Steels Pvt. Ltd. — the same SS 430 material standard, the same in-house tooling discipline, and the same buyer drawing-first process used at our Mumbai facility, positioned where our cookware OEM customers need it most.
